It is obvious no matter your faith that the purpose of war is to win. It is to win land, money, minds, The Lords favor and ultimately unity.

If you believe that war is fought to settle difference and then for peace, you are naive. War is not for peace for peace will never exist. War is for control as it should be. Those few naive people who believe war is for peace will be the slaves.

War is for winning the control of the hearts and minds of the people at all costs. This control doesn't create peace to those defeated. It never will. It does not and should not for the loser is the loser for a reason. The loser is probably the loser because they didn't fight war to win, but rather for peace or for a show of force.

I do realize that winning a war, to some, feels to be impossible. These people are naive for war can be won. It is won when the victor controls the culture of the people without enforcement.

It may take many Hex for any war to be truly won, but war is worth the time and the effort and the life. War is the best way for masses of people to spread their faith and love to others. War also tests ideas and theories. It is the best way to bring unity.
